We are currently recruiting patients to participate in the following clinical trials:

 A Fib (with or without symptoms)

Do you have atrial fibrillation or flutter?  If you are 18 years of age or older AND have one or more of the following: high blood pressure, prior stroke or blood clots, heart failure, diabetes, or age 75 or older; you may be eligible to participate in this study.  Participants may receive, at no cost, medical care, study medication and labwork, as well as compensation for time/travel.

 Diabetes

To be eligible for this study, you must be between the ages of 18 and 75, diagnosed by a doctor with type 2 diabetes, and treated with metformin ONLY or diet and exercise alone.  Qualified participants will receive study-related medical evaluations and investigational medication at no cost.  Compensation for time and travel will also be provided.

 A Fib (with recurrent symptoms)

If you have recurrent, symptomatic episodes of atrial fibrillation and have not taken the drug amiodarone in the last 12 months, you may be eligible to participate in this study.  If you qualify, you will receive free study-related medical care, investigational medication as well as compensation for time/travel.
